These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by TSA Clean LLC, doing business as TSA Clean and On Call Bio (“TSA Clean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or using our hoarding cleanup, biohazard cleanup, or related services, or by interacting with us via phone, SMS, email, website, or other channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
These Terms apply across all U.S. states other than California, subject to any non‑waivable rights under applicable state law.
- Services
1.1 Scope of Services
TSA Clean provides hoarding cleanup, biohazard cleanup, trauma and crime scene cleanup (where permitted), and related property restoration and disposal services. The exact scope of work for each job will be described in a written estimate, work order, or other service documentation provided to you before or at the time of service.
1.2 No Medical or Legal Advice
Our services are limited to cleaning, remediation, and related property services. We do not provide medical care, counseling, legal advice, or law enforcement services. You should consult licensed professionals for those needs.
- Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities
2.1 Authority to Contract
By requesting services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and authority to authorize work at the property, including access and removal of materials.
2.2 Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the property and to disclose any known hazards (e.g., chemicals, structural issues, weapons, animals). We may refuse or pause work if we determine conditions are unsafe or unlawful.
2.3 Compliance with Laws
You agree not to request or direct us to perform any service that would violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Estimates, Fees, and Payment
3.1 Estimates
Any estimate we provide for services is based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from what was disclosed or reasonably expected.
3.2 Fees and Invoices
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the services as set forth in the estimate, work order, or invoice. Taxes, disposal fees, and additional costs required by law or necessary to complete the work may be added.
3.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due as stated on your invoice or service agreement. We may require deposits or progress payments before or during service. Unpaid balances may incur late fees and collection costs as permitted by law.
3.4 Insurance Claims
If you are using insurance, you remain responsible for any amounts not paid by your insurer, including deductibles and excluded charges. We may, at our discretion, work directly with your insurer, but this does not release you from ultimate responsibility for payment.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you agree to notify us as soon as possible. Certain cancellations or reschedules made on short notice may be subject to a fee if specified in your service agreement or where we have incurred costs.
4.2 Our Right to Cancel or Reschedule
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to safety concerns, weather, staffing constraints, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule promptly.
- Limited Warranty and Disclaimers
5.1 Service Standard
We will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for hoarding and biohazard cleanup. If you believe our services are deficient, you must notify us within a reasonable time so we can review and, if appropriate, address the issue.
5.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes
Because of the nature of hoarding and biohazard environments, we cannot guarantee that all stains, odors, contamination, or damage will be fully eliminated, or that the property will be restored to its original condition.
5.3 Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or in a written service agreement, our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSA Clean, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim, unless a higher limit is required by applicable law.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TSA Clean, its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your breach of these Terms.
Your misrepresentation of your authority to authorize work.
Hazards or conditions at the property that you knew or reasonably should have known about and did not disclose.
- SMS Terms and Conditions (Program Description and Compliance)
The following SMS Terms and Conditions apply to our internal SMS program, which is used primarily for team operations. These terms are structured to meet requirements of U.S. telecom carriers, The Campaign Registry (TCR), and industry standards (AT&T, T‑Mobile, Verizon, and others).

Section Title: SMS Terms and Conditions for TSA Clean LLC
Last Updated: April 21, 2026
8.1 Program Description
TSA Clean LLC operates two SMS text messaging programs: (1) the consumer-facing TSA Clean Flex Crew recruiting program, which job applicants join by texting the keyword CLEAN or LIMPIEZA to one of our published program numbers (full program terms in the “TSA Clean Flex Crew — SMS Program Terms” section of this page and at https://www.oncallbio.com/crew/), and (2) an internal SMS messaging program used for team operations. By providing your mobile phone number to management, you consent to receive automated operational text messages regarding incoming calls, missed calls, and lead routing, as well as other necessary internal operational notifications.
The internal program is limited to individuals associated with TSA Clean LLC or On Call Bio, such as employees, contractors, and team members. For both programs: message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time; and no mobile information or opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on incoming call volume, routing assignments, and operational needs, and may fluctuate from day to day.
8.3 Opt‑Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text “STOP” to the phone number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us to that number.
If you want to rejoin later, contact management and provide your mobile number again, and we will resume operational SMS messages as before, subject to these Terms.
8.4 Help and Support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting management by phone at 844‑326‑6800.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with any SMS‑related issues or questions.
8.5 Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers (such as AT&T, T‑Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages depends on your mobile carrier network and device.
8.6 Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving SMS or MMS messages.
- Privacy
Your use of our services and our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including mobile numbers used in the SMS program. By using our services or participating in the SMS program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the primary service is performed (for example, Virginia law when services are performed in Virginia), without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles, and by applicable U.S. federal law.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will, where allowed by law, first be addressed through good‑faith negotiation between you and TSA Clean. If not resolved, disputes may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts in the state where the services were performed, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. - Contact Information
